808 Wellness may have opened on January 1, 2016, but the vision was born years before in the hearts of the founders Sara and Alan Schroepfer. Both envisioned, long before they knew each other, a place to offer refuge for healing and well being. Their connection was immediate and grew as they shared their common values, philosophies and integrative approaches for holistic healthcare.
As their life intertwined both in work and marriage, their passion in sharing their unique synthesis of ancient healing traditions at alternative health venues has culminated in what has become 808 Wellness today. What began as a spark of a shared dream now illuminates our community with a vast array of healing arts offerings under one roof.
“Our intention is to offer our community a unique and safe environment to come together and share knowledge and learn tools and techniques to further everyone on their healing path and self-discovery journey. This includes our personal health as well as our environments. It is our belief that a person who is aligned in their Self gives back to their community and thus helps to make the world a better place.
“With our creation of 808 Wellness, we have a Healing Spa with four treatment rooms that offer a diverse set of therapies, treatments and therapists for you, along with daily yoga classes, workshops, seminars and a free Wellness Wednesday Speaker Series in our 808 Wellness Yoga Studio. Additionally, we have a full holistic boutique featuring a natural pharmacy that ranges from CBDs, Chines herbs, essential oils, gemstones and crystals, jewelry, local wears, wisdom books and oracle cards, a shaman’s corner, sacred altar items and so much more!
